article: Silhouette's new intiative touts beauty

The article gave detailed information about the new Silhouette campaign that's hitting America. I really didn't know glasses were taken seriously as a product of beauty, I always figured they were just something that helped my vision. It's awesome to know that there is a company dedicated to making glasses a beauty product and helping women who wear glasses apply makeup. I liked this article because it gave me more examples on how to write a press release or just to get information out to the public. Coolio!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

EXCITING REALTY COMPANY OPENS IN CACHE COUNTY
ABC Real Estate seeks Investors

Logan, Utah-ABC Real Estate LLC introduces a new program called equity-holding-beneficiary-directed land trust, which was adopted from creator and partner, Bill Gatton (landtrust.net). Currently looking for investors, this trust helps home buyers simplify the complexities of buying a home and handle the changing situations within the market of realty.

The trust forms a contract with four types of beneficiaries; seller, credit, investor and resident. Credit and investment beneficiaries contribute to the trust by helping the buyer or resident qualify for a home even if they do not have good credit, a low debt to income ratio, or no down payments. The beneficiaries enable the customer to own the home and not rent it. With steady payments to the trust, the buyer can re-establish their credit history in just two years. President Preston Parker said “The system is a way of investing with a home ownership mentality.”

ABC Real Estate chose Cache Valley because it hasn’t had a foreclosure in 30 years and people in the community are willing to lend their neighbors a helping hand. Parker said he hopes to teach the community about this system and its benefits.

Since January 2008, ABC Real Estate has grown to own three companies and employs five employees. Offering home buyers a rare system, the company hopes to spread nationally.
